Rainy day shopping online is so much fun, I love scrolling through all the sales--Hervia is a great place to look at new stuff, or SVMoscow, as is the classic Net-à-porter. Deadstock from NYC is THE place to get sneakers. Perfume shopping is also a really fun way to while away a nice lazy afternoon, like on the infamous for interesting scents Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab, or the classic Perfumed Court, where you can get samples of almost anything [if not, try ebay]. Ca fleure bon is the best perfume blog for interesting discussion of unique scents, it sucks you in!
For odd historical-people and writers [ie Hemmingway] inspired perfumes, try Sweet Tea Apothecary. They would make great gifts. Strange Invisible is a really interesting new perfume line as well, if you're bored with the Serge Lutens of the world. Fragrantica is the place to see how others have reviewed/described zillions of perfumes as you try to decide what to get.
And catching up on the tv show Black-ish is also the best. Their episode on money was hilarious--and I want Dre's shoes that he over-nighted from Japan! They were gorgeous. There's a 'worn on' source here, since they have great style on that show.
